pkzz Terms & Conditions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Account" means the individual user account registered by a Player on the pkzz Platform.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a Player's pkzz Account at any given time, comprising real-money funds and, where applicable, bonus funds.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins, or matched deposit amounts credited to a Player's Account pursuant to a pkzz promotional offer.
• "Games" means all casino games, live dealer games, slot games, arcade titles, sports betting markets, and any other gaming products made available on the Platform.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process pkzz is obligated to apply under its international gaming licence and applicable anti-money-laundering standards.
• "Payment Method" means any deposit or withdrawal mechanism accepted by pkzz, including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and any other methods listed in the Cashier section of the Platform.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the primary transactional currency supported by pkzz for players in Pakistan.
• "Responsible Gaming Tools" means the deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, cool-off periods, and self-exclusion facilities available to all registered pkzz players.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered on eligible games before it can be converted to withdrawable real-money funds.

Use of the pkzz Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied on a continuous basis by every registered Player:

1. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an Account or use any part of the pkzz Platform. pkzz applies a strict minimum age of 21 in line with the standards of its gaming licence and in acknowledgement of the social responsibility standards applicable to online gaming platforms serving Pakistani users.
2. You must be a natural person (not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other entity).
3. You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.
4. You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which accessing or using online gaming services is prohibited by law. It is your sole responsibility to determine the legality of online gaming in your jurisdiction before registering on pkzz.
5. You must not be a current employee, director, officer, agent, or immediate family member of any such person employed by pkzz or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or technology partners.

Providing false or misleading information regarding your age during registration or at any subsequent point constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in permanent Account closure and forfeiture of all Account balances.

To access the full range of pkzz services, you must register a Player Account. Registration is free of charge. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including a valid Pakistani mobile number, a chosen username, and a secure password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your Account.

• Each individual player is permitted to hold one (1) Account on the pkzz Platform at any time. Opening, operating, or benefiting from more than one Account (whether directly or through a third party) is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for permanent Account suspension.
• You must not allow any other person to access or use your pkzz Account. You accept full responsibility for all activities conducted through your Account, whether authorised by you or not.
• pkzz will carry out KYC verification as required by its gaming licence obligations. You agree to provide any documentation requested by pkzz for this purpose within a reasonable timeframe. Failure to comply with KYC requests may result in the suspension of withdrawals or Account closure.
• pkzz reserves the right to decline a registration application or close an Account at its sole discretion, including where it reasonably suspects that a Player has provided false information or is otherwise in breach of these Terms.

pkzz accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the payment methods listed in the Cashier section of the Platform. Currently supported methods for Pakistani players include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank, subject to availability at any given time. pkzz reserves the right to add, remove, or modify accepted payment methods without prior notice.

• The minimum deposit amount on pkzz is Rs 100. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed in the Cashier at the time of transaction.
• Deposits made via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are credited to your pkzz Account in real time upon successful authorisation in your mobile wallet application. Bank transfer deposits are subject to standard bank processing times.
• All funds deposited into your pkzz Account must be your own money, obtained from legitimate sources. pkzz does not accept deposits made using funds derived from illegal activity. pkzz is obligated to report suspicious financial activity to relevant authorities under its licence obligations.
• pkzz does not charge fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, which are outside pkzz's control.
• pkzz does not accept deposits made by credit cards issued to third parties. The name on your payment method must match the name on your registered pkzz Account.

Players may request withdrawal of their real-money Account balance at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this clause. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, wherever technically possible, to prevent money laundering.

• The minimum withdrawal amount on pkzz is Rs 500. Maximum withdrawal limits are displayed in the Cashier section.
• Withdrawals to JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically processed within 30 minutes of approval. Bank transfers to HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank are processed within 1–2 business hours during normal operating conditions.
• pkzz reserves the right to request KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal. This is a requirement of pkzz's gaming licence and is applied uniformly to all players regardless of withdrawal amount.
• Bonus funds are not withdrawable. Only real-money funds that have cleared applicable wagering requirements may be withdrawn from a pkzz Account.
• pkzz reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the funds are the subject of fraud, match-fixing, bonus abuse, or any other prohibited conduct under these Terms.

pkzz offers various promotional programmes including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other time-limited promotions. All pkzz bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms stated on the relevant promotion page:

• Bonuses are available exclusively to players who have registered a verified pkzz Account and meet the eligibility criteria stated for each individual promotion.
• Each promotion is subject to a stated wagering requirement, which sets out the number of times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit, as stated) must be wagered on eligible games before any winnings derived from the bonus can be withdrawn as real money.
• pkzz does not permit bonus stacking unless explicitly stated. Only one bonus may be active per Account at a time unless stated otherwise in a specific promotion's terms.
• pkzz reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotional offer at any time and without prior notice, including where pkzz reasonably suspects that a Player is abusing the promotional system.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to opening multiple Accounts to claim multiple welcome bonuses, placing low-risk hedging bets to meet wagering requirements, or using automated tools to exploit promotional offers — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and will result in the cancellation of the bonus, forfeiture of bonus-derived winnings, and potential Account closure.

The following actions constitute prohibited conduct on the pkzz Platform. Any Player found to be engaging in prohibited conduct will be subject to Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required:

• Using the Platform for any fraudulent, illegal, or money-laundering purpose.
• Using third-party software, bots, scripts, or automated systems to interact with any Game or the Platform in a way not intended for normal human play.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or errors in a Game's RNG or payout logic for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through such exploitation are void and will be forfeited.
• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of corruption in sports events on which pkzz offers betting markets.
• Opening more than one Account (see Clause 3) or assisting any third party in circumventing pkzz's account restrictions.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise access the source code of any pkzz software or game engine.
• Using offensive, threatening, or abusive language or behaviour toward pkzz staff or other platform users via the live chat or any other communication channel.
• Charging back or reversing any deposit transaction after it has been credited to your pkzz Account. Chargebacks are treated as fraudulent activity and will result in permanent Account closure and debt recovery proceedings.

All content on the pkzz Platform — including but not limited to the pkzz brand name, logo, website design, software, game interfaces, written content, graphics, and trademarks — is the exclusive property of pkzz or its licensed third-party content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any licence, right, or interest in any pkzz intellectual property beyond the limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Platform for its intended personal recreational purpose.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any pkzz Platform content without the express prior written consent of pkzz. Game content displayed on the Platform is licensed to pkzz by its respective providers and is subject to the providers' own intellectual property rights.

pkzz is committed to responsible gaming and complies with the responsible gaming standards required by its international gaming licence. pkzz provides the following tools to all registered Players, accessible at any time from Account Settings:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits that restrict the total amount you can fund your Account within a given period.
• Loss Limits: Caps on the total amount you can lose in a defined period, after which further wagering is restricted until the limit period resets.
• Session Time Alerts: Configurable notifications that alert you when you have been playing continuously for a set duration.
• Cool-Off Period: A temporary restriction on your Account for a defined period (minimum 24 hours, maximum 6 weeks) during which you cannot deposit or place bets.
• Self-Exclusion: A permanent or extended exclusion from the Platform, available for periods of 6 months, 1 year, 3 years, or indefinitely. Self-exclusions are irreversible for the selected duration.

pkzz takes a proactive approach to identifying signs of problem gambling behaviour. Where pkzz has reasonable grounds to believe that a Player may be experiencing difficulty managing their gambling, pkzz may impose account restrictions or reach out to the Player directly via the registered contact details.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pkzz's total aggregate liability to you arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your pkzz Account in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

pkzz shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, business, anticipated savings, goodwill, or data, whether direct or indirect.
• Any indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive loss or damage.
• Any loss or damage arising from interruptions to the Platform due to scheduled or emergency maintenance, technical failures, internet connectivity issues, or events outside pkzz's reasonable control (including natural disasters, governmental actions, or third-party service failures).
• Any loss arising from your failure to keep your Account credentials confidential.
• Any inaccuracy in game results where those results have been independently certified and the error was not caused by pkzz's own negligence.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit pkzz's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

pkzz reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a Player's Account at any time and without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms.
• The Player has provided false, incomplete, or misleading registration information.
• The Player is engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity on the Platform.
• The Player has failed to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Continued operation of the Account poses a risk to pkzz's licensing obligations or regulatory standing.

Where an Account is closed due to a breach by the Player, pkzz reserves the right to withhold any remaining balance pending investigation. Where an Account is closed at the Player's own request — other than for self-exclusion — pkzz will process any outstanding real-money balance to the Player's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of KYC verification.

A Player may close their pkzz Account at any time by contacting pkzz support via in-platform live chat. Players who wish to self-exclude may do so directly from Account Settings without contacting support.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pkzz holds its international gaming licence. By accepting these Terms, you agree that any dispute arising from or in connection with your use of the pkzz Platform shall first be referred to pkzz's internal complaints procedure before any formal legal proceedings are initiated.

To raise a formal complaint, contact pkzz support via in-platform live chat or by emailing [email protected]. pkzz will acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours and will endeavour to reach a final resolution within 14 days. Where a dispute cannot be resolved through pkzz's internal procedure, the matter may be referred to the dispute resolution body designated by pkzz's gaming licence authority.

Nothing in this clause shall affect your statutory rights as a consumer under the laws of your home jurisdiction, to the extent that such rights cannot be contractually excluded.

pkzz reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — including changes that affect your rights, the bonus terms framework, or payment policies — pkzz will notify registered players by email or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform for a minimum of 7 days before the changes take effect.

Minor amendments — including typographical corrections, formatting changes, or clarifications that do not alter the substance of any provision — may be made without prior notice. The date of the most recent update to these Terms is displayed at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the pkzz Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact pkzz support to close your Account and process any outstanding withdrawable balance.
